This project focused on redesigning the elevator emergency call and dispatch interface for Site Service Software, a platform used by building operators to manage urgent situations quickly and accurately. The goal was to streamline critical workflows, reduce cognitive load during high-pressure calls, and improve visual clarity for both call takers and dispatchers.

I led the end-to-end design of the updated interface, creating user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and scalable design components in Figma. I worked closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure that the updated UI supported real-time decision-making and aligned with business goals.

NEXT STEPS

While browser compatibility wasn't fully addressed during my internship, testing across major browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge would have been essential to ensure consistent user experiences. By implementing responsive design principles and modern web technologies, I would have optimized performance and ensured seamless interaction for all users.
