FitnessX
Sustainable Wellness

OVERVIEW
FitnessX is a wellness platform designed to support students and individuals seeking affordable, personalized fitness and nutrition plans. Inspired by my own weight loss journey and the challenges of staying healthy on a student budget, I set out to create an intuitive, user-centered product that makes fitness more accessible and sustainable.
I led the design process from initial research through final high-fidelity UI, focusing on user engagement, visual clarity, and motivational features like progress tracking and community support. This case study highlights how I transformed personal insight into a scalable design solution using Figma and Miro.

To ensure FitnessX addressed real user needs, I conducted in-depth user research through interviews and surveys with students and young adults actively pursuing health and fitness goals.
